End of Configuration

Completed general configuration and integration with existing CI/CD pipeline--Windows builds 1-5 are actually identical, but results of local CLI commands and later the Travis-CI build commands.

Also integrated a Mac OSX build--what's the point in developing in .NET Core if you aren't cross platform??
